501(c)(3) nonprofit organization: Family Ministry Philippines is a U.S. tax-exempt nonprofit organization recognized under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

SportsReach Asia is a ministry initiative of Family Ministry Philippines. Online donations and financial partnerships are processed through the official Family Ministry Philippines giving system.

SportsReach Asia is committed to handling every financial partnership with integrity, clarity, accountability, and faithful stewardship.

Designated Partnerships

The amounts presented through the SportsReach Asia partnership opportunities describe the intended scope of each ministry initiative.

Final designations, payment schedules, reporting expectations, program timelines, and funding restrictions should be confirmed in writing for major partnerships before funds are transferred.

Use of Funds

Donations are used to support the ministry purpose for which they were given whenever reasonably possible.

Program activities, schedules, locations, participation, and ministry costs may be adjusted because of local conditions, church availability, safety considerations, weather, transportation, or other ministry circumstances.

When a designated program is fully funded, delayed, changed, or no longer feasible, Family Ministry Philippines will communicate with the donor regarding the appropriate use of the funds.

Donation Receipts

Official donation confirmations and receipts are provided through Family Ministry Philippines or its authorized payment provider.

Donors are responsible for consulting an appropriate financial or tax adviser regarding the deductibility of their contribution within their jurisdiction.

Corrections and Questions

Questions concerning duplicate transactions, incorrect amounts, gift designations, receipts, or other donation concerns should be submitted through the SportsReach Asia partnership form.

Please include the donor’s name, donation date, amount, and relevant transaction information so the inquiry can be reviewed appropriately.
