Effective July 29, 2026. By accessing or using this website, you agree to use it lawfully, responsibly, and in accordance with these Terms. When a separate written agreement applies to a donation, partnership, event, or mission trip, that agreement controls for that activity.
1. About SportsReach Asia
SportsReach Asia is a sports-ministry initiative of Family Ministry Philippines. References to “SportsReach Asia,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to the ministry and, where applicable, Family Ministry Philippines or the organization identified in a separate written agreement for the relevant program, donation, partnership, or mission activity.
2. Website Information and Availability
This website provides general information about SportsReach Asia, including ministry programs, impact, partnership opportunities, donation pathways, field updates, and international mission teams.
Programs, costs, schedules, itineraries, ministry locations, participation requirements, and opportunities may change because of church availability, community needs, weather, transportation, safety considerations, funding, or other operational circumstances.
Website content is not a binding offer, contract, reservation, or guarantee. Final arrangements must be confirmed in writing by an authorized SportsReach Asia or Family Ministry Philippines representative.
3. Acceptable Use
You may use this website for lawful personal, ministry, informational, and partnership-related purposes. You may not:
- Use the website in a way that is unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, abusive, or misleading.
- Attempt to interfere with the website, its forms, security, hosting, or connected services.
- Submit false information, impersonate another person or organization, or misrepresent your authority.

4. Partnership and Donation Inquiries
Submitting a partnership form, donation inquiry, sponsorship request, or expression of interest does not create a partnership, funding commitment, grant, contract, or reservation.
Major partnerships, designated gifts, sponsorships, payment schedules, reporting expectations, and program terms should be confirmed in writing before funds are transferred or activities begin.
Online donations are completed through the official Family Ministry Philippines giving system or another authorized provider. Donation use, receipts, corrections, and designations are addressed in our Donation and Partnership Policy.
5. Mission-Team Participation
Mission-team information on this website is provided for planning and inquiry purposes. Submission of an application or inquiry does not guarantee acceptance, placement, travel dates, ministry locations, or participation.
Participation may require:
- An application, interview, and written approval.
- Payment agreements, deposits, deadlines, and cancellation terms.
- Travel documents, visas, insurance, medical information, emergency contacts, and participant releases.
- Safeguarding preparation, codes of conduct, background screening when applicable, and compliance with team-leader instructions.
- Parental or legal-guardian consent for participants who are minors.
- Compliance with the final itinerary, local-church expectations, community protocols, and applicable laws.
Separate mission-team agreements, waivers, policies, and payment terms control when they apply.
6. Safeguarding and Respectful Conduct
SportsReach Asia is committed to safe and respectful ministry environments. Website users, partners, volunteers, and mission-team participants must not use this website or any connected communication channel to exploit, harass, threaten, shame, or endanger a child, young person, vulnerable adult, volunteer, staff member, church partner, or community member.
Safeguarding concerns should be reported in accordance with our Safeguarding Commitment.
7. Forms, Messages, and Information You Submit
When you submit a form or contact us, you confirm that the information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to provide it.
You authorize us to use submitted information to respond to your inquiry, evaluate a potential partnership or mission opportunity, administer ministry communications, review field updates, maintain appropriate records, and take reasonable follow-up action consistent with our Privacy Policy.
Do not submit passwords, financial-account details, government identification numbers, detailed medical records, or other highly sensitive information through a general website form unless specifically requested through an appropriate secure process.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the SportsReach Asia name, logos, website design, written content, photographs, videos, program names, curriculum, graphics, and ministry materials are owned by or used with permission by SportsReach Asia, Family Ministry Philippines, or their respective content partners.
You may share public website links and brief excerpts for noncommercial church, ministry, educational, or informational purposes when SportsReach Asia is clearly credited and the content is not altered or presented misleadingly.
Commercial reproduction, fundraising use, merchandise production, republication of substantial content, or use of ministry photographs and stories requires prior written permission.
9. External Websites and Services
This website may use or link to hosting, payment, form, calendar, social-media, video, font, and other third-party services. These services operate under their own terms, privacy policies, security practices, and availability.
A link or embed does not mean that SportsReach Asia controls or endorses every statement, product, service, or practice on the external website.
10. Privacy
Our handling of personal information submitted through website forms and ministry communications is described in our Privacy Policy. By submitting information, you acknowledge that reasonable processing may be necessary to respond to your request or administer the relevant ministry activity.
11. No Professional Advice or Guaranteed Outcome
Website content is provided for general ministry and informational purposes. It is not legal, tax, medical, financial, travel, immigration, insurance, or other professional advice.
SportsReach Asia does not guarantee specific attendance, fundraising, ministry, spiritual, personal, athletic, community, or travel outcomes. Ministry results depend on many factors, including local leadership, participation, funding, timing, safety, and community conditions.

We work to keep website information accurate and current, but the website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or fully current.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SportsReach Asia, Family Ministry Philippines, and their leaders, staff, volunteers, and service providers will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising solely from the use of, inability to use, or reliance on this website or an external website linked from it.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Separate agreements may contain additional terms for donations, events, mission trips, travel, safeguarding, insurance, and participation.
