Privacy Policy

Effective July 29, 2026. SportsReach Asia respects the privacy of people who inquire, partner, give, volunteer, submit ministry updates, or participate in mission opportunities. This Policy explains how information is handled through this website and its connected services.

1. Who We Are

SportsReach Asia is a ministry initiative of Family Ministry Philippines. Depending on the activity, information may be handled by authorized SportsReach Asia or Family Ministry Philippines personnel and approved service providers supporting the ministry.

2. Information We Collect

When you submit a partnership or mission-team inquiry, we may collect your name, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, country, church or organization, partnership interest, preferred dates, estimated team size, ministry goals, experience, giving interests, message, consent confirmation, submission time, and the page used to submit the inquiry.

When you submit a field update, we may collect the ministry details, story, location, dates, media links or files, contact information, permission confirmations, and other information requested by the update form.

Our hosting and connected services may automatically receive limited technical information such as an internet protocol address, browser or device type, referring page, access time, and basic security or diagnostic data.

3. How We Use Information

We may use information to:

• Respond to inquiries and partnership requests.
• Evaluate, plan, and administer partnerships, mission teams, and ministry activities.
• Coordinate with churches, leaders, volunteers, and approved ministry personnel.
• Review field updates, permissions, photographs, videos, and stories before publication.
• Send communications that you request or that are necessary for an active inquiry or ministry activity.
• Maintain administrative, financial, safeguarding, consent, and ministry records.
• Protect the website, participants, communities, and connected systems from misuse or harm.
• Comply with applicable legal, regulatory, and reporting obligations.

4. Google Forms, Sheets, Drive, and Apps Script

Partnership inquiries and ministry updates may be submitted or processed through Google Forms, Google Sheets, Google Drive, and Google Apps Script. Information submitted through those services may be stored in ministry-controlled Google accounts and is also subject to Google’s Privacy Policy.

5. Donations and Payment Information

SportsReach Asia does not collect payment-card or bank-account details through its website forms. Online donations are completed through the official Family Ministry Philippines giving page and its authorized payment provider. Those organizations process donation and payment information under their own privacy and security policies.

Donation questions and limited transaction details provided through our contact form may be used to help identify and review a donation concern. Do not submit complete card numbers, bank credentials, passwords, or other sensitive financial information through the general contact form.

6. Hosting, Embedded Content, and External Services

The website is hosted through Cloudflare Pages. It also uses or links to services that may include Google Calendar, Google Fonts, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Google Forms, Family Ministry Philippines, and payment providers. When you view embedded content or follow an external link, the provider may receive technical information and may use cookies or similar technologies under its own policies.

The SportsReach Asia website does not currently operate its own advertising-cookie or behavioral-advertising program. Third-party embeds and external services may use their own cookies or tracking technologies, which SportsReach Asia does not control.

7. When Information May Be Shared

Information may be shared only as reasonably necessary with:

• Authorized SportsReach Asia and Family Ministry Philippines personnel.
• Church leaders, ministry coordinators, mission-team leaders, or volunteers involved in the relevant request or activity.
• Technology, hosting, form, storage, communication, and payment service providers.
• Professional advisers, insurers, regulators, law-enforcement agencies, or other authorities when required or reasonably necessary for legal compliance, safety, safeguarding, or the protection of rights.

SportsReach Asia does not sell personal information.

8. Field Updates, Photographs, and Public Content

Submitted stories, photographs, videos, quotations, names, and ministry details are reviewed before publication. Public use depends on appropriate authorization, safeguarding considerations, accuracy, dignity, and any applicable consent or media permissions.

Submitting an update does not guarantee publication. Content may be edited, delayed, declined, or removed when necessary for safety, privacy, accuracy, ministry appropriateness, or legal compliance.

9. Children and Sensitive Information

General website forms are intended for adults, authorized church or ministry representatives, and appropriately supervised mission-team participants. Do not submit detailed personal information about a child, vulnerable adult, health condition, safeguarding matter, or emergency through a general public form unless the form specifically requests it and you are authorized to provide it.

Safeguarding concerns should be reported according to the Safeguarding Commitment. When someone may be in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency services or authorities.

10. Retention and Security

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the inquiry, partnership, mission activity, publication review, ministry administration, safeguarding, financial recordkeeping, dispute resolution, or legal obligation for which it was collected.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect ministry records and limit access to authorized people. No internet transmission, website, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

11. International Processing

SportsReach Asia serves people and organizations in multiple countries. Information may be accessed or processed in the Philippines, the United States, or other locations where authorized ministry personnel or service providers operate. Those locations may have different data-protection rules.

12. Your Choices and Requests

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you submitted, or withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing. Some information may need to be retained for safeguarding, financial, contractual, dispute-resolution, or legal reasons.

Submit a request through the SportsReach Asia contact form and clearly write “Privacy Request” in the message. We may need to verify your identity and relationship to the information before completing a request.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy when our website, ministry practices, providers, or legal obligations change. The current version will be posted on this page with its effective date.
