STANDARD GROUND-COST PACKAGE
The standard US$2,500 ground cost is based on a 10–12-day trip with a recommended team of 8–15 participants. Remote locations, smaller teams, extended stays, upgraded accommodation, or customized activities may require an adjusted proposal. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before registration and payment.
Travel insurance is also the responsibility of each participant.
ILLUSTRATIVE 10–12-DAY ITINERARY
Every itinerary is developed with participating local churches and adjusted according to local ministry priorities, travel conditions, team abilities, and safeguarding considerations.
Airport arrival, team briefing, rest, and ministry orientation.
Cultural preparation and introduction to participating church leaders.
Basketball camps, community outreach, and relationship-building.
Church ministry and locally selected provincial or community activities.
Coaches’ clinic, leadership training, and an approved outreach or celebration event.
Ministry debrief, an approved cultural experience when scheduled, and departure.

Gospel presentations, small groups, children’s ministry, and relationship-centered outreach.
School visits and outreach in provincial, rural, or Indigenous communities.
